We hired Scott Shore to photograph our wedding on a recommendation from my sister and brother-in-law. When he photographed their wedding, he was working with his girlfriend at the time under 'Picture Perfect Photography'. Another couple/friends of ours got married around a few months before and used them too. {They also did not receive their pictures and are sadly now going through a divorce!} Well, in the months approaching my wedding day, he lost his partner, changed his business name, switched to digital photography, made a bunch of promises to us, and cashed our full payment months before our wedding date. I also got a warning email from his old partner warning us not to work with him. But Scott was very reassuring and we trusted him. He did take some great pics from our wedding day...but after that...contact with him was very minimal. I would have to call multiple times and email over and over again...and I would get excuse after excuse. I have now come to realize that Scott Shore was feeding me lies all along. Here it is...a year and 3 months after our wedding day, and we still don't have our wedding albums!!!!??? And I am so sick and tired of trying to contact him and not getting any response that I am forced to take further legal action in this matter. If you want a photographer you can trust, and who will produce your albums/pictures in a timely manner and who is professional, do not hire Scott Shore.

Vendor response: I am sorry you were disappointed. It did take longer than expected to get your wedding album finished. Like you said I was going through a rough time, but I did show up for your wedding early with my assistant. We all had a Wonderful day and I think the pictures came out beautiful. Don't take my word please check out the slide show. http://www.scottshorephoto.com/DaraandSteve/showit.swf Two weeks after the wedding I sent a link to this slide show as a preview, because I know everyone is excited to see the pictures. A DVD of all the Hi-Res images was delivered in less than a month after the wedding. We had difficulties during the album process and it has made me change the entire way I handle designing albums. I am very sorry you had a bad experience. I hope now that you finally have your albums you and your family will cherish them for years to come.
