It's sad to say that the owner of Treasure Image Luis Ponce has been uncooperative in responding to phone calls in regards to our albums either. He owes us our magazine album and a CD album. I have tried several times to get a hold of him and no response. I have even been to his shop and he promised to drop the proofs of the album for review and to this date I have not received anything. That has been over a year ago. We are also going to take him to small claims court. If things continue for him the same this will become a class action law suit. Im pretty sure we are not the only ones.

On October 3, 2009 Luis Enrique Ponce took my wedding pictures and till this day, I have not received them. My wife and I have contacted Luis Ponce regarding are pictures with negative reults. It has been over a year and we have not received any pictures. We hope not to take him to small claims but our wedding pictures mean so much to us. We hope this does not happen to anybody else. Luis Ponce is the owner of Treasure Image.
