SnapAll AZ did my late afternoon/evening wedding pictures in December 2008. They were very prompt getting my pictures back, and they were punctual and helpful at my wedding. HOWEVER, they did not consult me before editing the pictures, so I had to ask them to do it again (which apparently they did as a FAVOR). A LOT (like at least 50%) of my pictures were out-of-focus, even the ones that were taken before the sun went down. When I asked for a partial refund, they refused, saying that they felt the pictures were "satisfactory." I didn't spend all that money for professional photos to end up with "satisfactory!" I would recommend against using them for a photographer!
Vendor response: Prior to the wedding, we explained that with the ceremony at sunset, it would be ideal to have a chance prior to sunset to take some bridal pictures. We specialize in NATURAL LIGHT photography. This is explained on our website. The bride and groom chose not to take pictures while the sun was still up, against our advisement. Most of their bridals were taken as (flash photography in the dark) which is simply not as flattering as natural light. This was the couple's choice.
SnapAll has a distinct style of photography, as all photographers do. It is clear on our site and in all of our portfolio shots that we shoot a certain way. Unfortunately, the bride decided after hiring us and after the wedding that she wanted another style, something that isn't easily remedied in editing. We went above and beyond what we were hired to do, even trying to get the photos to look like a different style (which we never recommend). Unfortunately, the bride changed her style preference AFTER seeing our style and hiring us at a discounted rate and then had the expectation that we would change our style in editing for free or refund a discounted shoot. We are very clear about our style and about what services we can provide at discounted rates. We went far beyond what we promised and she still was not happy or was just attempting to get a refund.
