My fiance and I have had nothing but a terrible experience with Ferguson Photography! First of all, it took several emails and phone calls on my part before getting a response from them. After finally getting something set up, my fiance and I showed up at the location set up by Jerry Ferguson himself 15 minutes early to make sure we were where we were supposed to be. Being a professional, Jerry should have been there early too. Jerry had my phone number but didn't call to tell us he would be late. We decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and wait until 8:05 a.m. (our appointment was at 8:00 a.m.) to call him to find out where he was. He didn't answer, so I left a message letting him know our exact location incase there was any confusion and left my phone number again. When we saw no sign of him and still hadn't heard from him by 8:35 a.m., we decided to leave. I called him again, with no answer, and let him know that we were leaving. We thought that maybe something had come up and he emailed us to let us know. So we headed straight home to check our email, only to find there weren't any messages from him. We had half expected him to call later in the day to apologize, but we still haven't heard from him. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with Jerry Ferguson's unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy. We would suggest NOT using Ferguson Photography! We happen to think that having the photographer show up is a crucial part of the photo shoot.
