"Rude person and too busy to respect our contract..."

We paid Pierre in full the day of our wedding, and it wasn't a good idea. Our wedding was a beach wedding... One thing happened after 20mn... after the ceremony, Pierre refused to return on the beach and do more pictures. It was easy with him the rest of the day. When we signed our contract, three months earlier, we added one thing: All pictures should be sent one week after our wedding day with a tracking number to where we live. I gave him 20$. He never respected that... After two weeks and no news, we sent him two e-mails. It was very hard to reach him. When finally he answered, he was very rude and told us also that he was too busy with shootings in New-York City and in Mexico, and he has finished with us! Finally, we received three weeks later a CD of our pictures and he mailed it with a stamp of 1.75$!!! He did 400 pictures and we could get only 150 pictures... He said nothing about that when we signed the contract. We don't recommend him...
