"Will never use again"

My husband and I found Clergy Referral Service by our wedding venu. I made a phone call in and was told I would receive a call with in a 24 hour period, which it took 3 days before I was contacted. My husband and I eventually met with Pastor Greg, which my husband and I at that time felt that his presentation was well put together. The good thing is that Pastor Greg was on time to our wedding reherssal and the day of our big event. The down fall is that it took 1 month and 2 weeks for our information to get to the records office. I have made several phone calls into the Clergy Referral Service in regards to the poor follow up with Pastor Greg and I received nothing but an attitude. I did not hear I'm sorry by anyone there nor have I received a phone call back. I have tried several times to contact Pastor Greg with no luck, which he still almost 2 months after my wedding has our customer copy marriage license that was issued to us by the venue. I strongly urge all future brides to look else where. Performing a ceremony is not where this service should end, they should be in constant contact with you until you receive your original marriage certification in the mail. My advise is if you have already made financial obligations to this service you should have a close friend/family member handle the mailing in of your license to your county records office. I was married on Nov. 8th, my information was not received by the records office until Dec. 18th!! But we were told on Dec. 12th by Pastor Greg that he dropped it off on Nov. 13th. The Clergy Referral Services' response to this was "...it got lost in the mail..."
