My greatest strength in my own career is excellent customer service. I have never received customer service better than what we have been given from DJ connection. I am always amazed how good customer service can resolve nearly any problem that may arise. For example, when we first arrived, I wan not aware that Taco was the the DJ when he introduced himself, (a misunderstanding on my part) and when he asked if there was anything he could do to help me, I asked him for silverware. Before I had a chance to notice, he had procured and delivered it to me. In addition, when I let Taco know that the songs we were playing for the dinner hour were intended for dancing, he immediately changed the playlist, and was able to incorporate the music for dancing right back in. The Mother of the groom music had been left out of the collection, and immediately, Taco arranged for it to be delivered and played later in the evening, which was perfect, and made a wonderful surprise for Joel's mother. It worked out beautifully. We both felt that not only was he very capable and knowledgeable, but truly cared about our reception and our wedding day experience. Overall Professionalism and appearance: 10 We have been very pleased with the excellent communication, follow- up and appearance of the staff. Of all the wedding professionals we have dealt with in this experience, DJ connection has been by far the most polished. We received such good recommendations from the staff for photography and other needs for the wedding. Both the florist and the photographer we chose were based on staff recommendations, and we are very pleased with the results. In fact, when I had a stain on my dress emergency, and had to send it to the cleaners, my first thought was to call DJ connection, they would help me find a wedding cleaner that could accommodate my needs. What we liked most about our experience with DJ connection What I most liked about DJ connection is the total confidence I had in their ability to deliver on all their promises, and the fact that the service we received went far beyond what our expectations were. The communication we received from the business was very personal and we felt DJ connection was personally invested in us. How did We hear about DJ Connection? We heard about DJ connection at the wedding show at the Warren Place Doubletree in 2004. We were so impressed with Clay that we have paid attention to the ads whenever we saw them, and news we heard about the business for the past few years. I took notice each time I saw ads in bridal magazines, and was very excited to see the business get national exposure. At no point did we ever think we could afford to hire a DJ, it was a luxury we thought was far beyond our reach. At the David's bridal show in September 2007, I spoke with Curtis, just for fun, about the rates. When I saw what they were, we made room in the budget for DJ connection. How Fun Was our experience? 10 Joel an I consider ourselves to be pretty fun people, (as everyone does), but every experience we have had with DJ connection has been fun. Our reception was so much fun, and light and beautiful. I feel that having our DJ is what made our atmosphere so special. Each person who has contacted me since Saturday has made the same comment, The reception was so "fun", they had so much "fun" we looked like we had so much "fun". Every meeting we had with DJ connection we said we wanted it to be "fun". It was more fun that I imagined it would be. It was so much better than I imagined it would be. I remember saying that it was more fun than our high school proms, which was a big deal since we had been king and queen. Dealing with DJ connection and the reception itself were the only just fun and not stressful things about the wedding. It's too bad we're never getting married ever again, we'd hire you.
