"Very Disappointed"

I'm writing this as a warning to all brides and grooms to be. Like most brides, I carefully planned every last detail of my wedding. After meeting with Brian from Audio Extremes I was convinced they were the best in the area. He gave me a wonderful speech about how they set up their equipment early and test it, they make their DJs go to DJ school, and they always put the wishes of the bride and groom first. Let me assure you that it was ALL TALK! For having "one of the most experienced" guys in the company, he definately didn't have any music playing as our wedding party was announced, even though we carefully picked out a song and even e-mailed it to him in advance. They also mispronounced half of the names even though we gave him a phenetic spelling of them and went over them several times. In addition, the microphones didn't work when our bridal party tried to give toasts. He also played several songs that we specifially asked him not to play. Overall, I was really disappointed to have such a flop of a DJ. There was one thing he was right about though, the DJ is the most important part of the reception, so you should choose very carefully.
