High prices and substandard equipment... The owner Daniel Rose (see his own review for his OWN company above) will not directly answer questions regarding his services, crew, insurance, etc.. Apparantly sub-contracts out 90% of items he sells to other local vendors that you could just deal with directly. Absolutely ruined my daughter's special day, with late/rude staff, broken/dirty/old items, and marketing AT MY EVENT to MY GUESTS (are you kidding me). After my event I found out their owner "Dan Rose" will get on the phone with you and pretend that he is a partner in the company "Dave Kenzel". Thats right, one-owner with 2 ALIASES, how dishonest is that? Stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
