To our readers, clients, and potential clients: Our clients and our reputation have always been, and continues to be our main priority. We would like to respond to one particular review that has been copied and pasted on 11 or more different review sites, including the one you are reading now. We felt it necessary to respond so that you may have a better understanding of the events in question. In late July, we were contracted to perform D.J. services for a 5 hour Wedding Reception. We also received permission from the Bride to film the reception for free for our own promotional purposes. As we normally do, we visited the venue prior to the event to familiarize our setup crew with the room that we were to set up in. This includes ensuring there is ample room for the equipment and proper circuitry. On the evening of the event, we were on time and fully prepared. Our D.J was and hour and a half early to prepare for the event as well. As the festivities began, our equipment was in proper working order as our D.J. played through Cocktail Hour and Dinner music. The system was running for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours when a fuse at the Venue blew and cut power to our lights and sound system. We immediately contacted the owner of the Venue, who began to resolve the issue. As our timestamped video shows, the system was down for precisely 10 minutes and 38 seconds and not 1 and half hours Karin G. is claiming in her reviews. During this time, our D.J can be heard making an announcement to the Bride, Groom, and their guests making them aware of the situation and asking for their patience while we work diligently with the Venue to get the circuit breaker up and running. The video also shows the remainder of the evening was filled with lights, dancing, and laughter from the Bride, Groom, and their guests. Our system was NOT down for the length of time Karin G. states, nor was she ignored or left uninformed of the situation as the video clearly shows the announcement being made, and us speaking with the Bride and Groom. As for the remainder of the complaints: We inform each client that aside from deposit made to secure the event date, balance is due and may be paid up to the evening of their event. If a balance is remaining, an invoice is presented to the Bride and Groom at the END of their evening. Each client has access to their own personal Online Event Planner which allows them to request music for their event ahead of time. We ensure these requests are available to our clients. Although our library consists of over 50,000 songs, a GUEST at the event may request a song we do not have, as happened in this situation. We welcome and encourage any concerned party including potential clients, to review this footage in our office, and to read the many, many positive reviews through cards, letters, and emails that we have received from many satisfied brides, schools, businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations We understand many positive reviews on one Website makes a big difference, but one unhappy client posting the same review on multiple websites is disheartening. We feel we have been slandered as incompetent. We find untrue statements unfair to our potential clients who deserve HONEST reviews. Thank you for taking the time to read our rebuttal. We hope this explains the situation in TRUE detail. Once again, our clients and our reputation are our top priority. This company puts on a good front - until they have your money anyway. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! They send three people to your wedding - a DJ (who is suppose to direct all his attention to the bride/groom & guests) - a light tech and a sound tech. At my wedding not only did they all not know how to do their jobs they ignore us when we asked what the problem was. They blew the fuse numerous times leaving our guests to entertain themselves for over an hour and a half. I'm not sure what the sound tech is suppose to do if he can't even figure out why the shound is working. When we went to ask what the problem was, they literally ignored us - as if we weren't even there. I did request some of our money back due to the fact they didn't play as along as we asked and paid for. Lonnie/Sherry agreed to refund some money and give us a montage of the wedding as a gift and then we haven't heard from them since! They will not answer our emails and phone calls. Once they have your money they don't care about you or your special event! If you want an event to go smoothly and to have GOOD memories - DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY save yourself the stress and the headache
