I was planning my husbands surprise 40th birthday party and wanted some entertainment. There are so many groups out there and I found Ron Larrivee and his daughter. His prices seemed fair for what I wanted and he was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I was planning a party on my own and I was nervous about the decisions I was making. The night of the party was unbelievable!! Ron played all of the songs I wanted to hear and brought his Karaoke with him. I didn't think anyone (including myself) would want to do or hear karaoke but I was completely wrong! What an awesome night. All of our friends had a blast and my husband was very happy with his party. I would definitely use Cape and Islands Entertainment for my next party and I would recommend them to all of my friends. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

From the start, Ron was easy to deal with and accomidated all my requests. The evening of the event, we had turbulent weather, but he stayed calm and professional. The weather cleared and the show began. Ron and Emilee performed continuously and welcomed anyone to take the mic. The party was a success and I will be sure to book them again.

Ron and his daughter were hired for a company clam bake. We sent a short list of requests in advance of the party and they arrived early to set up and had the party rolling right on schedule. After singing a few songs to get things started, they turned the microphone over to our guests who sang the night away. Would definitely recommend and hire Ron and his daughter again.

We engaged Ron to play music for a 40th anniversary party. The karaoke was to be there in case someone wanted to sing. To our surprise, most of the party turned into a karaoke/dance party. We had a great time and continually get comments on how much fun the karaoke was. Emily also came to help out and to sing a few songs. What a fabulous voice she has!! Thank you to Ron and Emily for their expertise, love for life attitude and fun demeanor.

Ron performed karoke for over two years at my restaurant, PJ's New England Bar and Grill in West Boylston. He had a great following, people really enjoyed him, he is professional and he has a great personality. We were very sorry he had to move away to the Cape Cod area and was unable to continue performing at PJ's. People still ask for him today. If you are ever looking for a DJ/karoke entertainer, don't hesitate to call Ron. You will be glad you did.

I hired Ron Larrivee of Larrivee Entertainment to entertain our seniors at our Skilled Nursing Center on Cape Cod this past March 2008. Ron was extremely professional right from the first phone call. He wanted to know how many seniors he would be entertaining and a little bit about the group as a whole. We decided together to call this program a Country Western Review! Ron was amazing as he involved the whole audience from start to finish. (not an easy task when you're working with seniors). The residents, staff and family members joined in as we sang karaoke with Ron. (He really knows how to keep a crowd alive) The feedback after the program made me look like a star! Thanks again Ron for a fabulous afternoon!

Ron and his crew were even better than we could have hoped for. It really made the difference between a 40TH birthday get-together and a 40th Birthday Bash! It was the perfect solution to get everyone involved and on their feet. Noone felt like they had to get up and sing which was a relief, but everyone who wanted had ample opportunties. Ron and his crew filled in the non karoake times with great vocals of their own. These guys get a A+ in my book. We had over a 100+ people and everyone is still talking about our entertainment.

Ron Larrivee and his daughter Emilie provided the music for us at our daughter's wedding. Ron and Emilie did a wonderful job. Their mix of vocal entertainment and DJ was a nice change from what we were used to at other weddings. There was not a dry eye in the place when Ron sang "I Loved Her First" for the father/daughter dance. Ron is flexible in his choice of music and worked cooperatively with us to pick music that fit the occasion. Our guests had a great time dancing and listening! We highly recommend Larrivee Entertainment!

Ron, Wanted to say thanks again to you / Laura and Em for helping us to make Courtney and Buck's wedding party so great. You guys were fantastic. Everyone made it a point to comment on how "great" the music was and how much fun they had participating. On a personal note, I just wanted to say thanks for the way you handled everything. The "right" people at the right time with the right songs made the Wedding run VERY smooth. Fortunately, I don't have to do it again but if we did, you would be my first call!!!
