This is my report to the Better Business Bureau. DJ that signed contract did not show up. A different dj showed up without prepared play lists and schedule of events. The Premier Music contract stated that Steve Thomas would be the DJ for my event. When I wanted to meet with Steve prior to the event he stated he was too busy to do that. I trusted that would be taken care of as I had been planning this event for over a yeat. I could have picked someone else for the same price but trusted him. The DJ Steve emailed me that day that the phone number to reach the DJ was but left out the important fact that Steve Thomas was not going to be coming but another Steve that was found on Craigs List. The planning of the schedule of events was not followed as the new DJ was not provided it. I had to tell him what music to play and when to announce things. Luckily enough the Craigs List DJ was ok and the event wen off ok. The contract with Steve Thomas was not abided by as he did not provide the services. I am still waiting on a refund as the event was not hadled as agreed upon by contract. Steve did not show up and he was the person this contract was with. Very diappointed and Premier has done nothing to correct this for us. Steve has not returned our calls either.

I couldn't rave about this company enough. From the beginning, they gave me the best price quote I received. That wasn't my only criteria, but their packages were A Lot more professional than most of the other companies that gave me quotes. I ordered their DJ and Photographer. The DJ was extremely experienced, he knew all the in's and outs of wedding and basically became our coordinator. The music he played was incredible, he took all our requests and played the styles of music that all our guests enjoyed. He made all the announcements and kept the reception flowing the way it should as well. I don't know what we would have done without him. He was an indispensable part of our day! The Photographer had a check list of the 50 most important moments, so he didn't miss a thing and didn't waste his time taking random photos of the event. They gave us all rights to the photos for free instead of holding us hostage to buy photos from them. We did order prints and a couple of albums as well, which we received within 2 weeks. They also professionally edited the photos for the albums, the albums were absolutely stunning. This company is truly a gem.

This company really knows what they are doing. I hired my DJ, photography, videography, and flowers from Premier. It was absolutely fabulous. I can't believe the price we paid!

I hired Premier months before a 50th anniversary party. The Contract said Steve would be my DJ. Got a call 4 hours before the party from someone else who, it turns out, was hired only 2 days before. He was told it was a graduation party, and started playing Gangster rap when the dancing started. I kept trying to redirect him to songs that people knew and would dance to, but he didn't seem to have them. We made songlists on the website, and completed a timeline. Very few of our requests got played (13 out of 120), and I think those were by coincidence. The DJ told me he was not given the song lists! Premier music has ignored my calls and e-mails after the event.

This is an email I sent to the company after my event: Steve, I just left a long voice mail; and I will follow up here. I just came home from my husband's party, that I worked so hard on planning for months. It's too bad the evening was ruined because of the DJ services. You told me on the phone you would be the DJ at my event. At 4:00pm on the evening of my event, you sent me an email (not even a phone call) with a different DJ's name. This is 2 and 1/2 hours before my party. I hadn't planned on checking my email so late in the day. Regardless, I wouldn't have minded so much if the DJ was good. Not only did the DJ have no personality, but he could not even mix records. When I introduced myself to the DJ, I asked him if he had my playlist; and he said yes. About a half hour later, when I didn't hear any songs from my playlist, I asked him again adding "because I'm not hearing any of the songs on my playlist". He just nodded his head. Finally, after dinner when he continued to play crap music, I asked him what was going on. I said that I thought the person I talked to on the phone was going to be my DJ. He said that you are located in Colorado and found him on Craigslist. He said you never game him a playlist. So, what was the point of me having my own "client area" where I could pick out music? I spent hours picking out songs so that people would be sure to have a good time dancing. Instead, people danced to maybe one or two songs and then started leaving early. We all kept looking at each other like "what is up with this guy"? It seemed like it was the first time he had ever worked as a DJ. There are so many DJ's I could have used. What appealed to me was the ability to choose songs online. It seemed foolproof. You really advertise a good game. I feel like I've been taken for a ride. I am demanding to be refunded for every penny I paid. I did not receive the product that was promised to me. Unfortunately, a refund cannot go back in time and make the night a success, but it is the least you can do. I you refuse to refund my money, I will go through the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. Please contact me tomorrow.

On Our Wedding Day we couldn't have picked a better DJ. He was so helpful in so many ways. At the ceremony, Premier was wonderful. Knowing they were there guiding me through the Biggest day of my life was perfect. they made me feel like there were no worries. Then at the reception, The DJ was on time with all the scheduling from Our first dance to cake cutting. I felt at a point that everything was running behind but The DJ reassured we had plenty of time. Its hard to explain how tough it is when you have no wedding coordinator and you have to hope everything is right on time. I am glad they were a part of my big day and I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a perfect wedding with great music.

I was very impressed with Premier Music's system of organization. It took a lot off my plate. They are very responsive, and present a professional product. That being said, the wedding was amazing, I should have paid $1000 or so for what I got. I didn't pay nearly that much so I couldn't be happier and I'm glad to recommend them to anybody.

Premier Music was awesome! My wife threw me a surprise 40th birthday party for me last year in April. It was great, the DJ played all my favorite music and me and my friends danced and partied. They had great lights kept people dancing and involved. He really made the party a success.

We had our 10th wedding anniversary last fall and hired Premier to do the DJ and karaoke. It was a lot of fun, all our friends were there and we sang and danced and celebrated our marriage. I couldn't have been better.

Premier Music answered all our questions from day one. They DJed our ceremony as well as reception. They had microphones for the officiant and for my fiance and I, which made it great because everyone could hear our vows. I was on a pretty limited budget and they helped me with that as well. We did lined dances, he made all the announcements, everyone was dancing and making requests it was great.

I spent months researching my DJ services and Premier Music offered me the best price and included all the extras like lights etc. They performed for my ceremony for $75 which was great. Our DJ did all the announcements for the evening and mixed all the songs we picked out, it was wonderful and I was very happy.

Premier Music helped us so much. My fiance and I are both Military and were planning the wedding from overseas. The fact that I could plan everything from my own private client area meant that I could enter my plans little by little and know that my DJ would have all of the information he needed for my event. I've never planned a wedding before so it gave me a lot of confidence to know that I didn't miss any of the details necessary for the big day.

I can't believe I got my string trio, that I've always dreamed about and my DJ for the price that I did (under what over half of my quotes were for just the DJ). All your help was greatly appreciated. Premier Music was the most responsive from the beginning and continued with their customer service and check in emails. They made sure that they understood my plans and song preferences for the event. Their price was very reasonable too. I was shocked at what some DJ services wanted to charge me.

I hired a DJ and a String Trio from Premier Music. The price was great which allowed me to afford the trio. Most DJs were around $1000 and Premier Music was half that much. The DJ was excellent and kept the reception flowing and everyone out on the dance floor. The string quartet was just gorgeous, they were everything that I expected at my wedding and more.

My wedding hasn't even happened yet but Steve contacted me we chatted i thought he was nice. I found out the hard way they are not who they appear to be. Premier took the agreed 250 deposit, then 5mos. later out of the blue they just took the other 250 out of my account without a warning so when i emailed Steve he said it was a hold like a hotel. So i let him know per contract there was no where in that contract that said 250 deposit plus a 250 deposit. the contract stated the rest would be due two weeks before the event. I have contacted Premier music and Steve by the web site and email with no response this company is a scam to me. I don't believe the good reviews they are so misleading i think they write them themselves.

I feel that even though there are these bad reviews, that since then,<meta name"robots" content"noindex, noarchive, nofollow, NOYDIR"> Steve and Premier Music has changed for the better. I didnt have any issues and was very happy at my wedding.
