I ordered Elmo for my son's 2nd birthday....they never called or showed up! When I called the owner, he was very unprofessional and nonchalent. His was clear that he was lying and Elmo was never coming. This same incident happened in November 2011 when my sister ordered Mickey Mouse for her daughter and they NEVER came! He claimed she had not comformed two days prior to the event, SO i made sure I did and they still didnt come! This compaby is HORRIBLE......never give them business! #RUINEDMYSONS 2ND BIRTHDAY :(

My daughter has loved Yo Gabba Gabba since she was a baby so when she turned 3 this year we gave her a Yo Gabba Gabba style bash. It was at an awesome park in northern VA with lots of food and fun but the highlight was when Foofa from Yo Gabba Gabba made an entrance! RHK entertainment worked with me from day one on fair pricing and when the entertainers got there not only did the character show up and spend lots of time interacting and dancing with the kids they also provided face painting and even Yo Gabba Gabba music. Thanks for making my baby girl's face light up - it was priceless! TNL

My mickey mouse actor was great, he did balloon twisting and entertained the kids. It made my son's first birthday party memorable, I have already referred three people

I reserved a moonbounce for my daughters party (I had used them prior to this and everything was fine) Anyhow, I received a call the same day stating there was a hole in the moonbounce that I had reserved and they were in the process of finding me another one. I had over 60 kids coming to this party and had promised a moonbouce. I told him I had to look elsewhere last minute because I needed to have a moonbouce there, he said it was fine and I asked if I would get my down payment back of $75.00 and he assured me that I would. This was in April 2011. It is now October 2011 and I have yet to see my refund. Many occasions I called and ALWAYS the same excuse saying I would get my refund this day, then it would be changed to a week later and so on. I was promised a refund through pay pal as well as a check and nothing. Also, as a business owner you would think I would get a phone call from him (Keith) kepping me updated on the issue. Instead, I am the one that has to keep calling and calling. I am finally at my witts end and have already contacted my bank to dispite this charge as well as the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Beyond HORRIBLE customer service!!

I hired RHK Entertainment for my son's 2nd birthday party. Theme was yo gabba gabba and the costumes looked great. Performers arrived early and were very pleasant to work with. Children had a blast with characters. Party turned out great. Completely satisfied with their business.

We used RHK for my 3-year old great nephew's birthday party this weekend. The performers were there on time - in spite of the fact that I gave them the wrong address (smile). They interacted with the kids marvelously with dancing, games, and photo opportunities. The character and the handler provided a fun time for all. I found Keith to be not only conscientious but very professional as well. They came through when another company I had booked backed out on us a week ahead of time after having confirmed! On the day of the party, we were in touch via cell phone up to 30 minutes before the arranged start time, and no details were left unattended to. I highly recommend using this company for your next party!!

RHK DJ-ed our Navy reunion dinner dance. The group on the whole is not young and the dancers are primarily WWII and Vietnam vets who are not after, shall we say, cutting edge sounds. From the beginning of the process to the event itself, RHK provided outstanding, customer-centered service at a fair price. Keith was outstanding in setting pre-event arrangements, reconfirmation and the DJ delivered just what we needed on time with grace and enthusiasm. He came with a great selection of music tailored to our needs and was able to balance the Glen Miller fans taste with the Twist-ers, mixing in 70's, 80's and newer music. Good arrangements, good service, good DJ. Good time! Couldn't ask for anything more! I heartily recommend RHK.

I hired RHK Entertainment for my wedding in May and I was so pleased with the DJ they sent. He was very professional and just a super great guy. He showed up on time and made sure he had everyones name right before he introduced the wedding party. The DJ was amazing and had everyone on the dance floor the entire reception. Thank you, Keith for making my reception unforgettable!

I truly enjoyed using RHK Entertainment for my daughters 1yr Birthday party...It was a joy to have Ms.Lilly there and she was great witht he kids but I believe the adults enjoyed her way more...lol...Thanks for everything and I will be using RHK for more of my daughters parties in the future....Thanks Again Lesha...

I had the pleasure of using RHK Entertainment for the fifth annual Customer Appreciation Picinic for Mark Smith and Julie Smith of Coldwell Banker Realtors. The DJ, Photographer and Performance Artist were professional, punctual and a pleasure. They were totally accommodating to all of our requests. I will definitely be using RHK Entertainment for all of my future events !!!!!

I hired Elmo for my baby girl's first birthday. I was so pleased with the entertainment. They came right on time and called before they came. The staff was very professional and accomodating. The assistant managed the whole process and got the adults involved too! We sang and danced with Elmo to both Sesame Street songs and current popular dances. It was so much fun! I would definately hire these folks again!!!!
