I am getting married in 4 weeks, and still hadn't made a decision on my gifts for my bridesmaids. After looking through the selection, I called Gracious Bridal, and they gave me several options. I'm so excited, because she took my two colors, persimmon and an olive green, and suggested the personalized Jon Hart makeup bag in the burnt orange for the girls, and the Jon Hart shave kit for the groomsmen in Olive. They are all trimmed in leather. We are having an outdoor wedding, very rustic, and this fits in perfectly with our style and colors. If you are befuddled and need a little bit of help, give them a call. Totally satisfied! Thank you! BTW, I received them in less than a week.

I ordered 8 monogrammed striped tote bags from Gracious Bridal for all my bridesmaids and they were so cute! The bags were cuter in person than I even thought they would be, and they were under $26 each! After I received these, I was so pleased with my purchase and their customer service that I got my fiance to order all his groomsman gifts from Gracious Bridal. Since I had already purchased from there before I was given a 5% discount on my receipt that he used for his order. He ordered the Jon Hart doc kits, and his groomsman LOVED them! It was a practical gift that they can actually use. Very impressed and would definitely order from them again.

I have been planning my niece's wedding reception for the past couple of months. Doing most everything on the web since we live in a VERY small town. I'm totally impressed with Gracious Bridal. I ordered the glitz and glam placecard holders, and also the matching serving set on a Monday, and I received them on thursday of the same week. The quality was much nicer than it even looks on the site, and they were so nice, when I had questions before ordering. I highly recommend them.

I was recently married, and while planning my wedding wanted to do something different for my wedding favors. Being 28 year old, I have been to sooo many weddings over the past few years, and always seem to see the same type of wedding favors at each event. So I started researching unique wedding favors and found a cute idea to do edible wedding favors. I found some fabulous ones on Gracious Bridal. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I went on their site and livechatted them and they were beyond helpful! They helped me pick out the cutest Chocolate Covered Cookies that I had personalized with my fiance (now-husband) photo and our wedding date. I actually ended up doing 200 with the photo and wedding date, then 200 with our monogram ( I even had them decorated in our wedding colors.) After I placed my order they were shipped out in less than 2 days!!! Needless to say, I was ecstatic when I received them. I got so many compliments from my guests. They kept saying they were too pretty to eat! I was more than pleased with not only my favors, but their customer service! They did an awesome job, and made my wedding favors unique! I highly recommend Gracious Bridal as a resource!

I was looking up personalized bridesmaid gifts on the internet, and found some I loved at Gracious Bridal. Turns out they are located in Austin as well as me! I told them I really would like to see the items in person if I could. Since they are mainly e-retail, they made an appointment with me to come in with my maid of honor. I was able to meet with a woman named Tegra and she showed me all the bridesmaid gifts I could choose from in their store as well as on the web. She said they also carry wedding invitations, reception decorations etc.. So she sat me down and went through all the invitations along with the matching save the dates, menu cards, placecards and more! I was not expecting anything more than to walk in a grab some personalized tote bags for my bridesmaids. Tegra ended up spending almost 2 hours with me!!! I would definitely recommend Gracious Bridal to anyone that would like a salesperson who will pay attention to detail. From that experience I have since ordered ALL my wedding favors, groomsman gifts, and thank you notes through them!

Planning my own wedding has been the most stressful thing EVER and I ended up leaving so much to the last minute. Of course, leave it to me to completely forget to order my cake topper until the week before. Last friday, I called the Gracious Bridal phone number to ask if there was any way they could get my topper to me before my wedding this weekend. Audrey (or Aubrey, my memory is totally out of whack right now) was a life saver and was able to rush it out and ship it to me in less than a week! She walked me through the whole thing over the phone and even emailed me when my order shipped! When it arrived this afternoon it looked absolutely perfect! I can't wait to put it on my cake Saturday night!!! Thank you!!!

I ordered "gift tags" from this website. When they arrived, they were different from the pictures and descriptons on the website. I was unable to use them. When I called to explain...I was offered a 25% discount. I explained further that they looked "cheap" I was offered a 50% discount. I still cannot use the labels yet have to pay for something that was extremely misleading from the website. I would think that in this economic climate....you would try and please a customer. I was told that they never get complaints ....I find that hard to believe. Buyer beware....especially on a special day.
