I was sooo happy with Serene Occasions.Everything was perfect. Jessica really knows her stuff. She was on top of everything, from the vendors to the venues. She made our day all we dreamed it to be and more. There is no way I could have done it with out her. The service was amazing and the pricing was worth every penny! Thank you Jessica and all the staff at Serene Occasions for making my day perfect! (I am not sure what these other people were talking about...we were very happy with them and you wont be dissapointed when you book them)

Don't just believe the reviews on the web site. You should talk to somebody who actually went through the process ( bride or the parents of bride). I would be happy to talk to any bride who is thinking about using Serene Occasions. I did use Serene Occasions for my daughter's wedding and all was not exactly like reviews shown on their website. It was not all bad but there were times I was extremely worried and not treated with respect. My experience might be different then yours because of the time line we had but I feel you should talk to me before you decide on this business. If you want somebody to plan your whole wedding for you and you have NO say so in the wedding and don't care about the budget; then this is the wedding planner for you. Make sure you decide on the venue and that the venue will be available for your wedding and sign a paper to that fact. Read the contract all the way through! understand you are responsible for everything and she is not responsible for anything if it goes wrong. example: If the site you and the planner have decided on all of the sudden becomes unavailable, it is up to YOU to find a different site BUT the planner gets the right to say no she won't have it there and she will pull the caterer, photographer, etc. Again, do your homework. I can tell you how wonderful the caterer, photographer were. I can tell you about the fantastic DJ we had. Our DJ made the night. I know Serene Occasions are good for some but for us is was not a good experience.

I would NOT hire Jessica Miller with Serene Occasions!! We hired her a month ago to help plan our destination wedding, we gave her a deposit of $1000. After she recieved the deposit she would not return our phone calls, emails, text messages. She will NOT refund our money. Hiring her was the biggest mistake we could have made
