This vendor will do everything she can to get your deposit then after that nothing. I tried to contact her for changes to my order, updated balance sheets, and completing and submiting the vendor agreement for the facility that I was having my wedding at and nothing. She never completed any of these things after two months of me requesting them. So I told her I no longer wanted to work with her for my wedding and she informed me that despite her lack of performance she was still entitled to the deposit. No bride needs to deal with a nonresponsive, unprofessional vendor who has the lowest rating possible with the better business bureau. So please be careful.

Claudia from A Day to Remember made my then fiancé a Rubik Cube cake for his birthday. It was an awesome cake; I wish I could say the same for my WEDDING cake! The cake was made very sloppy and it looked like it had been knocked around in its box. The fondant ribbon around the three tiers of the cake were all different shades of red and weren't on straight. As if that was not enough the groom's cake was not the flavor that we asked and paid for! After the wedding I called and told her about it, she asked to see pictures of the cake; she said if they were not up to par she'd refund me some money. I sent her the pictures she has never replied nor did she ever return my calls. I had two bridal showers; both of those cakes were by far superior to my actual wedding cake. Both of my bridal shower cakes were made by friends that make cakes as a hobby not a living! A Day to Remember does make nice cakes depending on the day- but do you want to take that chance on your wedding cake?

We used Claudia and her team for a multitude of services including coordinator and was the best investment ever. I was not living in Houston at the time, and had to heavily rely on someone trustworthy. Claudia was invaluable with her assistance and knowledge. I highly recommend them to anyone getting married!

If I could give A Day to Remember no stars, I would. When I 1st met w/ Claudia I was very impressed, she was very professional and seemed to have "images" of what the wedding would look like. I left Starbuck's after meeting w/ her feeling very confident, I WAS WRONG. Every time I tried to call her I would not get her, I understand that I'm not her only customer, however I paid her just like everyone else. Two weeks before the wedding Claudia became MIA, I couldn't get in touch w/ her and had left her several messages and e-mails, at one time her phone was disconnected. I took matters into my own hands and ended up planning my whole wedding in 1 week. The cake, the flowers, the centerpieces, the linens...you name it, she was in charge of it. I ended up getting my flowers from Tomball Florist, my cake from For Heaven's Cake, and doing all the centerpieces myself. Not to mention she never gave me my refund of $1,600.00 for services she did not render!
