Dear Anna and David, It is not often that a bride can describe her wedding day as "perfect", but with your assistance and the beautiful arrangements you crafted, it absolutely was. Picking the flowers for the wedding ceremony and reception was very important to me because it was my way of adding my "personal touch" to this important occasion. I chose Affluence because I had previously the unique and special work you perform with floral and plant arrangements. I knew you had that "special something" that other florists do not provide. And I was right. Together, you two created the most beautiful and unique arrangements for my ceremony and reception including my bouquet. Even Canoe (which hosts a lot of wedding receptions) said the centerpieces were the most beautiful they had seen beneath their tent. And I also must thank you for delivering many of the arrangements the following day for our Brunch. The house looked stunning due to the addition of your floral arrangements and once again, my guests and I could enjoy your fine work. I have already recommended your services many times and I will continue to do so because I know you truly are the best florist in Atlanta. Dear Anna and David, You did it again. Wow!!!! Your design was lovely Anna and just what we were looking for. You captured our vibe. Holy Casablanca!!! Great call, elegant, aromatic, yummy. The peonies were my favorite little surprise detail and they opened at their own pace throughout the day. I was able to pass several of your biz cards to members and their guests and Gayle, at our welcome center in particular was very interested in your design. David, your visit was most refreshing. You are perfection. What a treat to find you in the spa waiting for me. Thank you for your prompt, efficient and gracious representation of Affluence and for helping to articulate to Anna our wishes on such a short turnaround. Anna, while fresh is clearly your art form, we wondered if you design in silk as well. Please advise at your leisure. We hope to be in touch soon for our Grand Opening. What was ordered was not the same as what was delivered.The flowers look nothing like the picture at all Instead of a bright orange arrangement I received a brown and green arrangement with a few roses hidden in the mix. I waited patiently an extra day for delivery, when I could have easily gone to another florist. In return I receive a short, poorly executed arrangement that looks nothing like the picture on the website. If I walked into the store there is no way I would have ever paid for the pathetic arrangement that was delivered to my house. when I emailed about the problem no one ever wrote back. It wasn't until I called, that the florist gave the absolute poorest excuse for an apology I have ever heard. She cared absolutely zero that her bad job made me look awful because the flowers had to be returned. I would have done much better by my wife if I had simply gotten her a card, instead I now look like the bad guy due to affluence's pathetic attempt. Truly the worst florist I have ever dealt with.
