They are the best. The florist (Walter) duplicated the picture of my bouquets, and centerpeices I wanted. I told them what I wanted and they did just that. I hired there services after firing another wanna be planner. My parents and the guest was raving on our wedding, it was beautiful. Jeff and I highly reccomend them.

Good Points Alpha & Omega are very responsive and very customer-service and solution oriented. General Comments My husband and I are Military living in Japan for my husband's job. We thought it would be fun for our family and friends if we got married in Jacksonville (being this is my husband’s home town), but the reality is, beyond lining up a caterer and a venue, we would have been very lost trying to plan a wedding in a totally new town. The smartest thing we did was to hire Alpha & Omega (Ms. Zandra) they helped us to fill in all of the remaining gaps (wedding weekend transportation, sourcing gifts and favors for our guests, lining up nanny service for our guests' children getting orders of service printed). They were a joy to work with -- they greatly reduced the amount of time my husband and I had to spend obsessing over small details and I would highly recommend them to others looking for similar support.

Hat's off to the TEAM for pulling off our dream. Nothing we put before them, they didn't make happen. It may have took a while but they gave it to us. My husband Matt and I, were very please, with the extraordinary flowers and Decorations, and if I had problems with a vendors, and my girls(so call friends) which I did, Ms. Z handled that problem and wouldn't let no one destroy my Day, even when I started to become a bridezilla.:) We apprecaite everything and I mean everything they did for us.
