I was married at Coles on Feb 28th, 2009. I am the bride that my sister in law is speaking of in her review. This place may be on the cheaper side but it is NOT worth it. The owners were rude! I will always have to remember my wedding day as being stressful & heartbreaking. All we needed to hear from them is that they were doing their best to make this a perfect day for me. But instead they were jerks and acted as if they didn't care if I had a crappy wedding. There are nice ways to say things, and they did not know how to talk to their customers. It doesn't matter what happened, you do not EVER come into the brides dressing room 20 minutes before the wedding, just as she finished putting on her makeup, and speak rudely to her matron of honor. If it weren't for my girls blotting my tears before they fell, I would have had a messy face on my wedding day. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Unorganized from the night of the rehearsal dinner. I was in the wedding party for my sis in law for her wedding. We got there the night of the rehearsal, the minister was not there to go over the details, the person in charge was not very detailed in what we were to do as far as walking and where to stand. We actually had to adjust our party ourselves on where to stand because the way the person in charge had us lined up was not good for pictures and it was just boring. So after we adjusted ourselves we walked down the isle once. I felt like they were trying to rush us out of there as soon as possible. But luckly we decided to run through the whole thing (without the minister) a few more times for our own benefit and so the brides wedding would look as organized as possible. Then came the wedding day. The bridal party all got to park near the building where they were to get ready except for me. Why? I still have no idea. I was told to park in an odd spot which was in between a building and a pile of bricks. I first had no clue what I was supposed to do the guy directing me to park was just shaking his head I finally rolled down my window to speak with him only he did not speak much english so I had to just look at his head nods. Finally I was in a position he wanted me to park I was mad at that point because I had a lot of stuff to take with me to the dressing room and I had to park in the front of the venue instead of the back with the rest of the party. I couldn't carry all my stuff from the front to the back so I had my husband get my bags he asked why i parked there i said i dont know one of their guys had my park there and he didnt seem to know english so my husband moved our car to park with the rest of the party. He backed up into the pile of bricks not knowing they were there becasue you can't see them in the rear view when your backing out. Anyways after that we went to try to find someone to tell them that we hit the bricks but no one was around to tell. So we were busy and just went on to getting prepared for the wedding. Turns out that was the water pipe and the water was down. So we had some of the employees mad at us for not telling them about it. We tried to look for someone to tell when it happend but no one was around. My husband and I even went up to the guy that told us to park in that bad spot and he just said "talk to my boss inside" we went inside and no one was there. So there are no bathrooms at this point and guest are arriving needing to use the rest room. The changing rooms are small and the bridesmaids just wanted extra space to change and if we can unlock the bathrooms, but that was a no an I can understand their point of view being that the bathrooms are not working. What I did not like was the attitude from who I think may be the owner. I politely asked if they had any idea of when they would be up and running again? I just wanted something to tell our guest so they could make the decision to either hold it or if they need to make a run to a public bathroom, instead I got a rude answer in a very un professional manner infront of all the bridesmaids, that "no I don't know when they are going to be back up" and then a door slam, by this time the bride is crying because of whats going on and what she just heard. The bride was upset and that made me upset as well as everyone else due to the unprofessional attidute that was there. The restrooms were back up and running after the ceremony. I also did not like the smell of one of the employees who reaked of cigarettes or the attitude my husband and I encountered from their DJ about the whole pile of bricks thing. The DJ, the lady, and the guy who reeked of cigarettes all were very rude to us. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
