"Horrible Wedding Venue"

I had my wedding here and it was horrible. I dealt with Roseline the coordinator and during the planning process she was very difficult to get a hold of. About 2 months before my wedding I was trying to get a hold of her and she did not return my phone calls for a month. On my wedding day when we showed up, the place was trashed from the party the night before so we had to clean it before we could do anything. The only employee there was Roseline so we had to do all of the set ups and tear downs for the ceremony and dinner. Roseline told me it could seat 130 for dinner and that she had 16 round tables. She had 6 tables and the place could only fit about 100 people seated. My friends and family had to bring in patio furniture and take tables from other businesses in the building so we could seat people for dinner. Some of our guests had to sit in doorways because there was no room. Most of the lights were burnt out, the room decorations had holes and were broken, they didn't cover up the murals on the wall like I asked, we had to move the dance floor to where I had asked them to put it and so much more. Then since my family and friends were doing all of the cleaning and set up we did not have enough time to get all of the pictures that I wanted. And Roseline never apologized, she just walked around the whole time yelling at everyone and saying that it was all of our fault. Then afterwards when I called the owner Eli he told me he would refund me $600 but he had to make payments. Then he told me my check was in the mail and when I did not receive it, he would not return any of my phone calls or emails. Do not get married here!! It was a nightmare.

"POOR SERVICE"

Roseline the coordinator missed 2 of 3 appointments. Floors were still VERY sticky. LOTS to do to clean the place up after their all night parties on Friday nights to get it ready for my saturday reception. great location and very flexible, but if you will have LOADS of stress if you book this place.
