I wish there was a no star catagory. The service was terrible, they promised me a stretch excursion and I ended up with a bus with no air conditioning. These people are terrible. They still owe us $250 (which they have yet to pay, and they said that they can only pay it in $25 dollar increments a month! That is how broke this place is save your self trouble and DON'T DO IT. Go with someone else!!!!

To: L & L Limousine - Steve Arbogast Subject: 6/20/09 Dear Steve, I want to thank you and your wife for the outstanding service you provided for my son, his bride and their wedding party on Saturday 6/20. They all said it was the best limo ride they have ever had (how is it that these kids today have been in so many limos?)! They also said that you and your wife were "the best ever". I don't know if you remember when I first called you, but I had called several other limo services and was shock at the lack of professionalism, not to mention how rude they were. When I called you, you answered and you were like a breath of fresh air! You were professional, polite, friendly and accommodating, not to mention financially reasonable. Office manager, Steve, booked my vehicle and was the nicest person on the phone of all the companies I called. And I called practically every company that had a SUV type limousine. Steve gave me a good quote, but when I called back Keith, the owner, reduced the gas price even more. The vehicle itself was clean, early to arrive, held the number of people it was supposed to and served us very well. But even better than that was the driver who was so curteous and professional. Overall: A for vehicle and A+ for service. Brittany

I have to say that Mr. Daly was not at all helpful in trying to resolve my situation. The night of my wedding the limo showed up and the driver told me that some things weren't working, well, the lights, the music and the air, so I would say that was everything, not just some things. When I spoke to Mr. Daly after the fact he wanted me to wait until the following year to get any kind of refund, but I had paid him up front for his services more than a month in advance, on top of which he sent a non-working vehicle to pick us up in (knowing it didn't work). I think its pretty crappy, so just beware. Shame on you Keith.
