At Affairs to Remember, your special affairs are our special affairs. No matter what the occasion, we have what it takes to make your event incredible! Our facilities include a beautiful chapel with stained glass windows and elegant red velvet cushioned pews. We provide a comfortable bridal room to enhance that special day for the bride. We also have a lovely garden with white arbors and black wrought iron fencing with stone pathways and an ivy covered stone wall for memorable pictures. In the center, an exquisite fountain completes the scene.

"Great place to get married!"

Affairs to Remember has had a management change this week. The place is really beautiful with a chapel built in 1880. The pictures on the website show the grounds and inside. The problems are being dealt with and the new management is excited about helping make bride's dreams come true!

"HORRIBLE........"

I WOULD NOT SEND ANYONE TO AFFAIRS TO REMEMBER TO GET MARRIED, HAVE PARTIES OR EVEN RENT WHAT THEY OFFER.... I HAD MY WEDDING THERE AUG 2ND AT 6 O'CLOCK... WE ARRIVED TO START DECORATING AND GETTING READY FOR PICTURES AND THE A/C DIDNT WORK... I HAD A FAN IN MY ROOM TO KEEP ALL OF THE GIRLS IN MY WEDDING PARTY COOL.... WE WERE SWEATING FROM MOVING AROUND AND GETTING DRESSED AND HAD NO WHERE TO COOL OFF... AS FAR THE MEN THEY HAD THE SAME ISSUES... THE CEREMONY WAS GREAT OTHER THAN IT BEING SO DARN HOTT.... WHILE THE GUESTS WHERE MOVING TO THE RECEPTION HALL OUR HOST "MELINDA" STAYED IN THE CHURCH TALKING WITH THE PASTOR. I HAD TO TELL HER TO GO PUT THE PUNCH OUT FOR THE GUESTS. THE PUNCH WAS HORRIBLE AND HOTT... THERE WAS NO ICE NO NOTHING... SO ALL OF MY GUEST HAD TO DRINK THIS HOT LIQUID AND TRY STAYING COOL FROM IT BEING SO HOTT.... MELINDA WAS NO WHERE TO BE SEEN SO I HAD FAMILY MEMEBERS MIXING MORE OF THE HOTT PUNCH CLEANING THE FOOD AREAS AND DOING WHAT SHE WAS THERE TO DO. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE DIDNT HAVE A RECEPTION IT WAS TO HOT FOR ANYTHING TO HAPPEN BUT TO LEAVE. 50% OF THE GUESTS HAD TO CALL IT QUITS AND LEAVE BECAUSE OF THE TEMP IN THE ROOMS. WHAT A DREAM WEDDING AND RECEPTION I GOT TO HAVE. IF I WOULD HAVE DEPENDED ON THIS PLACE FOR EVERYTHING MY WEDDING WOULD HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE. I HAD FAMILY DECORATE AND THE PLACE LOOK 100% BETTER THAN IT DOES FOR ANY OTHER EVENT THERE. IT DIDNT EVEN LOOK THE SAME. ALL I CAN SAY IF YOU DO DECIDE TO USE THIS PLACE DONT PAY A HUGE DEPOSIT THAT YOU CANT GET BACK. THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND THEN DO ANOTHER. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO HAVE A DREAM WEDDING.... THE PLACE IS DIRTY.. THE WINDOWS AND MIRRORS HAD TO BE CLEAN BY MYSELF, BRIDESMAIDS AND MY FAMILY.... THE BRIDAL ROOM WAS UNLIKE ANYTHING I HAVE EVER SEEN...... IT WAS DUSTY... AND HAVING A WHITE GOWN WITH DIRT AND DUST ALL OVER THE PLACE DOESNT MIX. ALL OF THE GARBAGE CANS WHERE BEYOND FULL SO WE HAD TO DO A HUGE CLEAN SWEEP BEFORE WE COULD EVEN BEGIN PREPARING FOR THE WEDDING. ALL OF THIS IS AFTER THEY SAID THEY HAD CLEANED AND GONE OVER ANYTHING. THEY WERE WRONG... OR SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEACH OR SHOW THEM HOW TO CLEAN..... THIS WAS MY 1ST AND ONLY WEDDING AND THIS IS HOW IT IS REMEMBERED!!!!
