I am happy to say that we were very pleased with a fountain cake w/red roses that we ordered for my daughters wedding cake. My son-n-law was very specific with what he wanted and it was beautiful. I would recommend her, but just do not order something w/black frosting it was not a nice mix for a formal event alot of people ended up w/black teeth, did not know this would happen when the grooms cake was ordered or I would have went with something else. She did do a good job and was pleasantly surprised.

Omega sold herself very well but could not deliver her product. The cake was not the right flavor, had a fake layer (originally ordered then changed 1 month prior to the wedding), had fake silk flowers instead of the gum paste that were promised, and she could not work w/ the bamboo like we had set up 6 months prior. We had a tropical themed cake w/ bamboo spacers instead of standard white or clear. (I was notified 2 hours before the wedding that she could not use the bamboo.) The top layer was not supposed to have flowers at all to show the barefoot bride and groom cake topper. Instead she placed so many large flowers that we could hardly see them! The grooms cake was as if a child had decorated it. My husband is a very calm person and even he was upset about the way it looked. Because of the fake layer in the wedding cake, we ran out of cake and had to use a spare square- ours was round- undecorated 12 inch that was supposed to be someone elses! Highly disappointed. Then, getting a refund has been even more trouble! The refund check she sent bounced and I was charged for that! I've requested a moneyorder over 1 month ago and still nothing. By-the-way, our wedding was on Sept. 5th 2008 and we are still waiting for the refund.
Vendor response: Just wanted to add that out of all the weddings that I have done in the past 3 years this one has been the only one that was not satisfied. When I delivered the cake yes i did forget that she had changed the dummy to a cake , and i did tell her i had one baked the same size as the the fake bottom layer but it was Almond and she said it was fine, the Bamboo's were cracking in half and I called to let her know and she said it was fine to use the Columns so I did . When I dropped the cakes of she looked and them and told me herself that she was pleased..
She did call me and let me know that she wanted a refund of 54.00 cause of the mistake of the bottom fake tier. so I did.. I wrote her a check and I did have a problem with a big catering client of mine that i do her wedding cakes that wrote me a check for a big amount and bounced and messed me up on my checking I did explain the situation to her and i resended her a money order and she just got back to me 3 weeks ago to let me know she didnt recieve it .. I had no idea.
I apologized and asked for her mailing address again to make sure i did have the correct one and no response.
