My son's birthday was great because of the character visit!!! Elmo danced and played with all the kids and made their day!! They were prompt, polite and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better time.

I contacted Smiling Faces for my son's birthday. After my initial discussion with her regarding what all she offers, I paid her advance. After I paid her advance, when only 3 days were left for the party, she called me and said she will be late by 30 minutes since she has to attend another party before mine. When I told her that I can not change my party time as I have invited all my guests, she threaten that she will return my advance. I had no option but to agree on her timing. During the party, she said she can not perform until she is paid in full. She was supposed to perform for 1 hour however she stayed for only 30-35 minutes. In short, I will not recommed any body to use her service.
Vendor response: I want to clear up a false complaint. I booked a party for a client LAST MINUTE BY THIER REQUEST . I gave them the time I had open. They wanted a early time that that was already booked . I explained to them the only time I had open was the time I told them when they called to book the event. I arrived when I said that we would . Thier time WAS NOT changed & We Performed the complete 1 hour that was paid for. They tried to make me change the customers time before thier party And I explained to them that I could'nt do that. At that time I told them that if they didn't want thier Party at the time that they booked it for . That I would be happy to give them back thier deposit money. It's very sad that the event happenings wasn't told in truth by the customer.
