"very poor service"

my wedding was not what I had hoped. I hired this wedding vendor to take care of my decorations and my catering. At my wedding I got nothing I asked for I asked for each pew to have a flower on the end of it and I also asked to have some material draped from each pew to stop my guest from entering through the center aisle but instead I got two pews on each side of the aisles with flowers and nothing else. I got two columns at the end of the center aisle with bright red ribbon and burgundy flowers when my wedding was red and white. The rehearsal was terrible. All my flowers for the wedding were burgundy instead of red.(terrible) To top everything off the catering company arrived late to the reception which started at 7:00 pm but instead they arrived at something after 7:00pm. My groomsmen and my bridesmaids set up all the tables and put all the chairs out on the floor. They put all the table clothes on all the tables. The food they served was nasty and cold. I myself as being the bride did not eat any food but fruit. Due to this my father and his wife left the reception and did not return because they were upset. I got no decorations in which I paid for at the reception but red table clothes. This company has poor customer service who wants to remember there wedding not having things to start on time with nothing I paid this vendor to do. With the understanding that they could get into the hall at 6:00 when me and my husband arrived everything should have been done and ready to get the party started but instead I arrived to nothing but alot o f my guest saying that nothing is done and ready to go nor is there any food. Although I had all these upsets I still had a good time with my family and friends despite all that could and did go wrong. My agreement with this vendor was to have cocktail food outside of the reception hall as long as they were still in the inside decorating and again they were not even at the hall until after 7:00.
