"Ridiculous"

The owner of Chefs Touch is unreasonable and an awful buisness owner. We hired Angie as our "day of planner" and that turned out to be a huge mistake! She single handedly messed up nearly every detail of our wedding and refuses to compensate for her wrong doing! The owner also refuses to do anything to help., and actually hung up on me during a conversation to try to arrange a meeting. We paid over 3500 for a guest count of 49 people, and the food was awful. We had many complaints on how dry the pork was, how cold the food was. the cornbread was inedible, half of our wedding guest did not receive hor devours, Chefs staff was very rude, Angie on numerous occasions rolled her eyes at the bridal party. In addition my guest were over served alcohol meaning that wine glasses were filled to the brim instead of filled like a wine glass should be, and at times there was no bartender and my guest served themselves! We also paid for everyone to have soda or tea, which they were not offered. My whole event was ruined thanks to Chefs Touch and their staff. If I could do it all over, I would NEVER book with Chefs Touch Catering. They were overpriced, rude, had poor service and even lousier food. As a bride you want your day to be perfect, dont make the mistake I did, take your time and find the best vendors.
