Where do I begin? We used them for our recent wedding and they ruined our day! From the beginning I did not feel right about them as the owner kept quoting us different prices, he also needs to learn how to talk to customers and what customer service is really all about!!! Needless to say we decided to go with them ONLY for their limo selection which of course was the biggest mistake. On the day of our wedding, the driver didn’t show up on time to pick up my mother and father in law which was suppose to be the first pick up, after 30 minutes of no show I started to panic. To make the story short we were late to our wedding as the driver was given the wrong addresses and was hence stuck in traffic. This was the worst nightmare as our guests were waiting for us for 2 hours in church!!! Forget about taking pictures before the event as everything had to be pushed back. Also the alcohol selection that was promised was missing and the glasses were broken!?! Regardless of how beautiful the limo was we surely could not enjoy it. Add to the fact the rudeness and absolutely carelessness of the owner, made the whole situation even worse. He never apologized for what happened and tried to blame us for proving him with the wrong address even though we have confirmed everything the night before! I told everyone that I know to stay away from them and use someone else who actually cares about the experience customers get.

GREAT SERVICE!! Very professional owner and pleasent driver. I went to their coney island location and booked a limo for my wedding. The limos are very beautiful, well designed, ONE OF A KIND. It was an excellent experience and I HIGHLY recommend this business, I will deff be making business with them again.
