"Terrible!......Talks a good game but execution is terrible."

Ms Brantley provides a great presentation but her execution was horrific! -My wife and I paid for decorations at the church that she never delivered - We paid for her flower packages which she should have delivered to our home at 10 am that morning but she never showed up. She appeared at the church 30 mins past the time our wedding should have started with very old wilted flowers. She didn’t even have the courtesy to cut the stems on bouquets. The boutonnières were all different sizes …..Absolute mess! -She should have been there early enough to give out direction cards to our guess but she didn’t; the direction cards were found after everyone had left the church which required our wedding party to stay around to should all of the out of town guess to the reception hall. -She did our wedding programs and totally spelled my wife’s name wrong so that was even more embarrassing. Once we got to the reception hall we realized that she never showed up to decorate. She dropped the center pieces off and advised one of out family member, “I have another wedding so you will have to put these center pieces on the tables with the give-aways”. So my wedding reception started late waiting for the center pieces to be placed on the table. -As we arrived at the reception hall, Ms. Brantley stop the photographer to find out what happened at the church because she had no clue about the order of our bridal party. -Because she forgot to bring the gift card box that we pain her for and the throw away bouquet; one of the bridesmaid had to give up her bouquet and our cards were left on a chair. Our gifts were packed up by one of our guess because they could tell that Mrs Brantley had no clue on what to do. However after the wedding Mrs. Brantley came to me telling all these things that she had done to help us close out for the evening, which was a lie.; she did absolutely nothing but sat on her but and ate. -She is a very low class coordinator that lies and about the services she provide. Also, she use other people ides and claim them as her own. - We paid so much money to have our pictures altered to have the flowers removed and the wedding programs done over again....by a true professional. If you would like pictures of our flowers or video of the disorganization, I will be glad to share…..she is awful and never once accepted responsible for anything. She has very low standards and we wouldn't use her services again if she offered them for free. Buyer Beware.......
