As a wedding photographer, I've worked with Casey dozens of times over the last few years. I have to say, she's the most "on top of things" wedding planner I know. Everyone knows that weddings can get hectic and confusing when you're dealing with multiple people and multiple companies all trying to come together to make things happen on a particular day. Casey is the glue that holds everything together, and she does it in a natural, easy way that makes a bride feel like her best friend is taking care of her rather than a hired person bossing everyone around. It's a rule of some sort that something will go wrong at every single wedding. It's just inevitable. Usually it's something small, but occasionally something big. When I'm working with Casey, I know that whatever it is will be handled smoothly and professionally, often with the bride and groom never being aware that a problem existed at all! Couples work with their particular wedding vendors once. I work with the area's vendors week after week, year after year, and I get to really see how good they are at what they do. I think most couples recognize that vendors' recommendations hold a lot of weight that way, so I am careful about who I suggest to my couples when they ask. I always highly recommend Casey without hesitation. If I were getting married today, knowing what I know as a photographer, Casey would be the first person I'd hire. Then I could relax and have fun planning and celebrating my wedding knowing that Casey will have everything under control.

Gave a great first impression. Once she had our deposit she was 2 hours late to our next and only meeting prior to our wedding. She openly admits to not keeping accurate notes so she couldn’t find us and relied on her GPS to send her to the wrong city. She should have called when the GPS was sending her to the wrong city! We hired her to be our day of planner and she showed up 4 hours late. Again, she openly admits she was late and that personal matters are what delayed her. She thinks that it was justified since she called our bridesmaids that she would be late. Not what you want to hear from your day of planner. The straw that broke the camels back, if all of that wasn’t bad enough; she approached the groom late in the night to ask if I was ready to do the bouquet and garter toss. Problem was, we had already done all of that. My uncle had to tell her to try and pay more attention next time. Will that next time be your wedding?
