I was referred by a friend to Sweet Brown Suga Cakes. I called and left messages to place an order and no one called back,I also emailed and no response. Finally I was able to get a hold of the owner and she was very rude and unattentive and as I was trying to describe the cake I wanted I was hung up on. I tried to call back but was hung up on again. Poor customer service,and since that was the owner I would hate to see what the employees act like.

I called to ask for a special flavor cake that they said they could make (strawberry). When I told them it was an 8 in round cake they said they do custom cakes only, not round birthday cakes. ???? When I asked "If your in the business of custom making cakes can you not custom make a round cake?" They hung up on me..... This unwillingness to work with me would deter me from ever calling back.
