"BAD SERVICE - Wrong Product/No Response"

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I ordered a 50th Anniversary cake topper and was told it shipped and it hadn't . Then when I finally got it - it was the wrong one. "Carol" responded once and would not refund me!! Now she is not responding and her web-site which used to be "Moonlightweddings" has been "DOWN FOR MAINTENACE FOR MONTHS". Just so happen I read the review and saw this is the same company. I am turning them over to the Better Business Bureau!

"BAD Service!!"

I ordered a cake topper from them a week ago. I went to check the status of my order today (hoping any day now it should come...my wedding is in 2 weeks at this point) and the order says it was canceled. I didn't cancel it, I didn't get any message that it was canceled let alone why. I have emailed them and left them a message and have heard nothing. To top it off their customer service line goes straight to their voicemail so they can screen their calls.

"Don't even think about buying from them"

I placed an order with this company a month ago for some wedding favours. They were told it was an International shipment and I ended up paying more for the shipping ($199.90) than the favours. I was told the item had shipped by USPS - which I thought was odd since I'm overseas - and was given no tracking number. Since then the vendor has been dropped by eBay for breaching some rules. Over the course of the month since the order I have tried many times to contact Moonlight Weddings by phone and email. I finally got a response from 'Carol' who said she'd look into it and update me later the same day. That was 5 days ago. I have 4 days before the wedding, I don't think the favours will arrive in time, if ever. I don't want anyone else to get ripped off and abused in this way, DO NOT buy anything from them, ever!
