I placed an order in March, 2011. My credit card was charged the same day. I still have not received my order. Their website is down. They will not respond to e-mail. They do not answer their phone. I have reported Enchanted Engagement Favors to the California Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission. According to my research, I am just one of many who have been scammed by this company.

I ordered seven glass globes for my hair salon two months ago, the money has been taken out of my bank account, but NO Globes. The customer service e-mail address does not work. There is NO phone number to call or address on their web site. I will have to find their address and write them to ask where my globes are. They could at least keep me informed about what is going on. M Pet Highlites Hair Salon Woodstock, CT.
