There is no showroom where you can go and see your different options. Instead, you meet the owner somewhere and she will bring samples of what whe thinks you want. We ended making four trips (each time needing to call the owner and set up an appointment. It usually took serveral days just to get them to contact us back. I always had the impression that this was a great inconvenience to them) Who has time for this when you're planning a wedding? We asked for receipts and paperwork for the orders and never received anything. Even with all this, we didn't end up with the colors that we originally asked for. We acutally ended up getting some of our linens from another vendor and the service was the differnce between night and day. If you are doing a reception in a church cultural hall you will probably be fine. The linens are actually quite nice and the prices are fair. However, you may not have as many sizes to choose from. Just be prepared to deal with the unusual 'customer service'.
