"WON'T REFUND MONEY TO BRIDE"

My daughter ordered invitations from and paid for them in March, when they finalized there plans, Dawn the owner, could not be reached, she would not call my daughter back, when they did get ahold of her, Dawn told her there was $150 rush fee, my daughter did not agree with this but her fiancee went to the bank to deposit the money right in Dawns account. The invitations did not come for a couple of weeks. Dawn forgot to order them as a rush and then told my daughter she would refund all of their money. She told them a check was mailed, of course, they did not receive it, she said she resent it, they did not receive it again. The she said she lost her invoice so she did not know how much to make the check our for. My daughter e-mailed the amount and again, did not receive a check. Dawn will not answer her phone or respond to an e-mail. She also told my daughter that the money had to come out of her pocket, well whose pocket did she think the cost of the invitations and the rush fee came from. It has been 2.5 months and still no money. Dawn won't answer her phone or respond to an e-mail. She has a lot of excuses why things don't get done and she lies about refunding their money. My daughter is taking her to small claims court.
