I had my wedding Jolie two weeks ago and every thing was set up as promised. The staff was very helpful in making my day wonderful. Along with my experienced wedding planner and Jolies catering service my wedding day was beautiful. I will recommend this venue to my friends and business associates. THANKS JOLIE!!!!!!!

This is a great place to have your birthday party. The air condition worked just fine. The room looked very elegant. The multiple chandeliers added a very nice touch to the room. We had a wonderful time. We paid for a 4 hour time block. I had over 200 guest at my event and we had so much fun no one wanted to leave. The owner allowed us to stay an extra hour at NO CHARGE! I will defiantly have my future birthday parties here. The customer service was great. I recommend Jolie as a great place to have your birthday party.

I got married and had my entire wedding ceremony and reception at Jolie. The customer service was excellant. The owner and his wife was very personable and friendly. They gave me extra items for my guest tables to make them look a little nicer. I was not charged anything extra. I will definatley be back for future events!

I had my wedding reception here September 25th, 2010. I was initially told as long as someone was there the morning of my wedding we could come in and set up for the reception, I called the night before to verify that info and was told by the receptionist that she would be there by 10:30am asked it if was o.k. for me to come and set up and she said yes. When my coordinator got there to set up it was an entirely different story and ending up having to wait and entire hour because the room was not set up with the tables and chairs yet. When I arrived at the reception hall, I was informed that we needed chairs for the kids in the wedding party well of course more people showed up at the reception than at the wedding, just to try an accomdate everyone, I asked what would be needed to get and extra 10 chairs........the owner looked at me as if I was crazy....and my sister took over from there....only to find out that he made some very rude comments and after about 30 minutes he decided to get the chairs and charge us $1.00 a chair. This is one of the most economical places around, however they're customer service sucks, they are not very personable or helpful if something does not go as planned.
