I wanted to say thank you Eyleen. I absolutely loved the flowers you did for my wedding. The night before I had a dream that my Bouquet had only 3 roses and was very cheap looking. However that is exactly what it WAS NOT. I loved my bouquet. My centerpiece for the head table table was beautiful. As well as all the other flowers. I will be recommending you to all the bride to be's I know and anyone else needing flowers. Again Thank you for helping make my day as wonderful as possible.

Im very sorry heard that after all my hard work I did for you,yes you travel 2 hour because you live at Ocala and the wedding was at Tampa,and I did special time for you open the shop Sunday just for you,Me and my staff did a excellent job for you and was so pretty consider you what you can pay,fist you didnt call me after the wedding, you call 2 month after,you said the centerpieces was smaller that the sample when in real i put extra flowers on it,you cant said look smaller because you saw the sample at the store then you see the centerpiece in a bigger place with high ceiling where everything get smaller at the view!!you paid 55.00 for centerpiece than cost 125.00 3 time less!!and yes I have piture of the sample and the one at the wedding too to demostrate,beside you want me to count every single flower at the centerpiece remeber;the flower hoop that you call hoola up was a custom made for you!!50" circle full of flowers ,no few like you said start count that flower more than 20 hygendra more that 25 roses ,more than 50 carnation and no I didnt charge you 400.00 like you said , was 200.00 and you know it,you dont dont cont also all the free stuff you got also,the 3 vases for table with petals and floating candle (was free) the decor dor the cake table (was free) the light that you said was white because I in my opinion look better than use pink since you didnt tell me you was using other color(dark blue )also was free and before we leave I talk with you husban and mon event and they said all was fine and you love you bouquet so dont tell me all that now after 2 months.

"Not what I expected"

I thought that my wedding decor would be taken care of and trusted her completely. I really thought it was going to be beautiful. I traveled 2 hours away to use her services because of a good review that was posted and so I only feel it's fair to write a review in case someone else wants a second opinion. She is a very nice florist and did an okay job, but not what we agreed upon completely. I would say that the table centerpieces were 30% LESS in flowers than the provo that I was shown. Also she had promised me pink lighting behind the stage and all I got was white lights. I called her after the wedding, her reason for not using the pink lighting was that it was too light pink. To me light pink lighting is better than white lighting. I also paid 400 dollars for a flowing flower arrangement and then an extra 100 to have it lifted to the ceiling. It was basically a hola hoop with a couple of flowers dangling. Had I known that is what it looked like I would not have paid the extra 100 dollars for it to be hung. The thing that hurt me the most was that she had stated that my family had agreed on everything and that she had offered to add more flowers if needed, that my family said it was perfect. When I spoke with my family in regard to this, they were outraged. She had no extra flowers and she had not even spoken to my family about adding extra flowers to make up for the difference in what they looked like versus what the provo looked like. Anyways, I know that things don't always go the way you expect, but it's not right to be promised one thing and then get another thing. Especially when you are paying a lot of money. I would say if you do use her make sure you put a count exactly of how many flowers, which type of flowers are used, and take a provo picture. Good luck. I have pictures of the provo vs what was actually used at my wedding. I also have pictures of the stage without the correct lighting and the centerpiece that is hanging that looks like a hola hoop if anyone wants to see pictures to compare.

"Beautiful Surprise Sweet 16!"

Eyleen and her staff did a spectacular job at making my daughter's Surprise Sweet 16 a memorable one! The colors were purple/lavendar/white and her draping off the chandelier above the dance floor was the talk of the night even the venue coordinators couldn't stop raving about it. The centerpieces made an elegant statement and what an eye-popping balloon arch above the head table with my daugther's name in big balloon letters above the arch. It was, as my daughter would say it, "Amazing"!!! I would definitely hire them again for any event! Thank You Eyleen:) Annette
