"Great, but not what I ordered"

Super friendly and nice, last minute order from me and no problems placing it! However, I specified peridot green and gold, lots of pine boughs and natural elements, to which she created a lovely piece with red roses and yellow sunflowers. She had mentioned possibly using the sunflowers and said she'd send pics via phone the next day from the flower market. It never happened. I saved it to last minute so I really couldn't complain. NOT what I ordered, but very nice!
