We haved rented from this facility for 3 previous Christmas Parties, however, after they changed hands sometime between April and October, they are not honoring our contract for catering pricing. We met with their representatives in April, 2009 at the restaurant they chose (in-house caterer) for a taste testing and selection of food. The chef was there with pricing. Never did anyone mention a separate deposit was required for the caterer. We paid our deposit like we have 3 previous years ($1500) believing that this covered the facility and the food. I received notice the first week in October that the balance was required for the facility and that we needed to put a deposit down on the food. Then they send me the "new" catering pricing. They jacked the price per person from $17.00 to $31.90 based on the following: They jacked the carving station from $175 for 125 people to $225 for 50. They jacked the deserts from $38 for 50 pple to $2.95/pp. Jacked the liquor from $1200 to $400 set up plus a $1000 minimum sale which we would have to meet.And it just goes on and on......Now that its October, its a little late to find another faciilty for the same night. Not sure what we are going to do this year but I have some better ideas about next year.

I am having my wedding here in June, 2010 and I am so excited. The ballroom is absolutely gorgeous. The exposed wooden beams that make up the ceiling are absolutely gorgeous. When you walk in the room, it is so hard to not fall in love with it. When I went in for my first tour I was ready to book it right there, I knew it was the place. One of the best things is that the room can be customized to however you want it. Many other places set up for you just like they have the hundreds of brides before you but here you can do it however you like. It is a great place to start a new life with your loved one.
