Hartwell’s is owned and operated by husband and wife team Thomas Hartwell and Terry Rahm. He is the Chef and in thrall to all things meat. She manages the restaurant and eats no animal products (vegan). From a desire to find a restaurant that catered to both of their choices came the plan to open their own restaurant in Milwaukie.
