I went to my niece's wedding reception 10-11-2008. There was a mix up about what time the cocktail hour was supposed to start. We had to wait for 45 minutes in the lobby. When the doors finally opened to the cocktail room, we found the room much too small for the 150 guests. The room quickly became very warm making most people sweaty. The were only about 5 small tables and fewer chairs, so we had to ask for chairs for the older people to sit. They responded with only a few more chairs. The room was way too tight. The bar had only 3 people serving, and you were lucky to get even a soda after waiting on line. The h'ordeuves were good, but again, it was so tight it was a nightmare to get at them. The soup for dinner was so salty literally no one could eat it. Many people were served the wrong main course. The filet mignon was so dry and small, again, was inedible. I had to fill up on bread. Again, the service was so bad, I was served the incorrect meal twice, and had to wait and even flag down the waiter to ask where my meal was. I was served when everyone else at my table was finished with their meals. I am not a complainer. I have NEVER sent a meal back before. I was calm and courteous at all times. The waitress was also courteous to me, but kept forgetting me. I actually felt bad for her, having to serve such horrible food at such a joyous occasion, but there are no excuses for how bad this place is. My niece and her husband had "taste tested" the food before they booked this place, but this was not what they paid a handsome price for. I was not alone with my experience. Most everyone was complaining of the same problems, even joking around the tables about it, all the while not wanting to let the bride and groom hear any of it. We all had a laugh and made the most of it, but what a shame this dump took those kids hard earned money. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN! The view is NOT worth it. Save your money for a down payment and have hot dogs, a good DJ and a tent in your new back yard! Good Luck! -Ken

I attended a Wedding here last November and it was gorgeous. The room has huge windows facing the City, it was decorated beautifully and the waiters and other staff were all really nice and caring. Its located in a great area also. Maybe in the future, I will have my own wedding there. I recommend it highly.
