I called and explained the book party I was hosting for 80 people. I thought I'd need eight servers for passed hors d'oeuvres and wine and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that five would do the trick. They arrived on time and jumped right in helping to set up - everything from lighting candles to polishing wine glasses and helping the caterer out. I didn't even ask for their help, they just jumped in. Once folks started to arrive everyone had beverages, food, the door was answered when I couldn't get there - I mean everything. They swept up when things were dropped - it was as if it were their own house. Their care was not perfunctory it was a genuine concern that my party was a success and my home and guests were taken care of. At the end they cleaned everything! Washed dishes, helped pack up goodies for folks to take home. They didn't stop working from the moment they arrived. In short - they made my party. I absolutely recommend this organization NYC Waiters and Services. I can't wait for my next party - I will use them every time from now on. Worth every penny and then some
