This is the place where I had my wedding reception. We live in Hawaii. We decided to get married in Las Vegas, making it an easy location for everyone to travel too. I had to plan my wedding and reception thru emails for 9 mths. The Wellington place and specifically two of the main coordinators Angela and Erika were the worst two people I have ever dealt with. I paid thousands of dollars to have my reception with them and they treated me like I was nothing important to them. They called me so many names and told me I can cancel with them, because they do not know how to communicate with eachother or to me. They have a package which includes everything. So I thought it would be easy for me being long distance. I never asked for anything beyond their package, and they told me I was the most difficult bride they have ever had to deal with, they told me I was rude, selfish and unhappy and a bridezilla. How come when I requested my head tale to be just for myself, my groom and my parents, they had it set up for the bridal party? Why did I have mismatched linens? Why did I have to ask for a receipt from them after paying them $6000 in full? Why did I email them and go to do the setup of what I wanted and how I wanted it decorated to come to my reception and it wasn't even what I had asked for? Why did I tell them I would provide my own cake topper, and they put a tacky 80's style bride and groom on top? Why did they ask my sister what kind of beer I wanted but not to call me and find out? Why did I pay for a full open bar and my guests had to pay for shots? and my guests kept asking for red bull and vodkas and the bar tender kept asking the kitchen for it and they never brought it out? Why didn't I ever meet Angela or Erika the night of the reception? Why did they not apologize for anything when I complained to them about them not sticking to their contract? I have every single email they have ever written to me, and I hope NOBODY will ever do business with these two people.If you do, I am sorry.
