I was married on November 8, 2008 and hired Maria from Bellissimo Events about a month prior. Maria was very efficient, and very easy to communicate with. She was prompt with her phone calls and replied to e-mails as well. Maria and her crew assisted in preparing my venue the day prior to the wedding and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. On the day of her wedding Maria checked in on me several times to ensure that everything was running smoothly. We were married on the beach and when the limo arrived, Maria was there talking to our priest, assisting the DJ, and ensuring guests got to their seats. At the reception Maria, assigned one of the waiters to my husband and I all night. He made sure our glasses were never empty and that the appetizers and food were ready for us. My guests were very please with the waiter service she provided. Maria did a great job keeping us in check with our time line as well. At the end of the night her crew picked eveything up and left the recpetion site very clean. MAria had packed all our personal items for us and made sure everything was there. Maria is very detail oriented and right on with all her suggestions. I was very glad to have hired and was extermly pleased with her services. I recommed her wholeheartedly.

"Turned My Wedding Day into a nightmare!"

I planned my wedding from out of town. Although Maria was payed my husband and I planned the entire wedding. We organized the photographer, and transportation. We are english speakers and do not know how to speak spanish she linked us with Spanish only speaking vendors. We could not communicate with the vendors. We negotiated better rates than her. Even our photography company was frustrated with her, since they organized the reception. Although we had assigned seats for the reception, the guest did not know where to sit, because she allowed them to sit where ever they wanted. She promised the cone paper for the wedding, and never provided. She sugggested that our out door wedding be posponed due to the weather, yet she never acknowledged the guest. She allowed her staff to steal our liquor left over from the wedding. After spending alot of money on things for the wedding, she did not utilize what I paid for nor did she ask what it was for. When I received the top layer of my wedding cake it was smashed. She does follow-through on her word. Her staff was rude. Everything that could go wrong with the wedding and her planning went wrong. It is two months later and she still has not returned all of my things. If it was not for her I believe that my wedding could have been a success.
