At A Touch of Soul Catering, we are family owned and operated. You will always get a personal touch from us and quality service down to the last detail. Our meat is marinated for 24 hours using our family BBQ recipe passed down for five generations and slow cooked over mesquite wood. Our slow cooking process will make the ribs fall off the bone and the tri-tip melt in your mouth. Top off your menu with homemade peach cobbler or sweet potato pie. We are available for all events including weddings, banquets, sporting events, and more.

A Touch of Soul was absolutley amazing! Terry and Allison along with their crew could not have been better! It was my wedding and the food was to die for and the service was even better, Every one raved about the food. Thanks so much for making our day so special! You guys are a blessing!

Touch of Soul made our Country Western Night a successful event. Our homeowners raved about the delicous food and the healthy portions. Allison and Terry provided very professional service. Excellent BBQ! We'll be in Touch!

A Touch of Soul has been serving their wonderful food at our high school events and everyone raves about them and asks if they are coming to our next event! They are super nice people as well! People line up to indulge in their offerings because you can't walk by their booth without being drawn in by the wonderful aroma of the BBQ!

I have been to several events with "Touch of Soul Catering" providing the food. From semi formal fund raising events in Temecula Wineries to local youth sporting events. They have served several hundred to several thousand of satisfied patrons at a time. The food is always great and the service is top notch. They have always met any special request. I hired Touch of Soul for my wedding and just have to say that I was absloutely pleased with their service as caterers. If you hire Touch of Sould Catering for your event you will not be dissappointed. They treat you with respect, and are very kind hearted people. They were there from the very beggining making sure I did not forget the little details to the very end. With follow up phone calls and were always interested in what I was looking for and wanted for my event. The absolute favorite part was their food....absolutely delicious...they smoke it on site so it smells wonderful and all guests were raving about the food...they loved it! They supplied everything I needed for the event and were always so helpful and very flexible. They stayed until the very dark end of the night making sure everyone was satisfied. An absolute delight to work with. The best family run business, very professional and curteous. Thank you so much for making my wedding a success!!

When I think about Touch of Soul catering my mouth begins to water. The month of February is special for many reasons – but it’s not Valentines Day that I look most forward to. It’s when Allison and Terry roll out their beautiful spread at the African American History Month Luncheon my job hosts every year. BBQ Chicken, Collard Greens, Mac and Cheese, Peach Cobbler… the list goes on and on. Their chicken falls off the bone, makes your mouth sing with delight and leaves you going back for more. Please be advised - you may dream of this food months after tasting it!!!

I had them cater a wrestling tournament i hosted and everybody loved the tri-tip. It was by far the best flavored, most tender tri-tip I have ever had, and I am a big tri-tip eater and cooker. I wish I could make my tri-tip taste half that good. They also put grilled peppers and onions on the tri-tip sandwhich, and it was unbelievable. They also made breakfast burritos for the morning and they were delicious. A few of the coaches had multiple burritos and sandwiches. They were also very professional, helpful, efficient, and on time. All of which are great when catering.

Touch of Soul catering makes the best darn tri-tip I have ever tasted! I would drive anywhere to have food cooked by Touch of Soul. I would definately have them cater for me in the future. The food is awesome! You owe to it yourself to check them out for a chance to tanalize your tastebuds with the best food ever. They rock!

The food is excellent! I had a tri-tip sandwich at a high school football game and it was the probably the best tri-tip I have ever tasted. The service was great, too! I recommend them!
