"Horrible Service"

I rented a jumper, tables, chairs, and a popcorn machine from this company. They gave me a delivery time between 12 and 3. They didn't show up unil 3:30. They didn't have the tarp to go under the jumper and didn't finish setting up the jumper. They also told me they didn't have the right extension cords because they used them at previous parties. They had to leave and go get them and didn't return until 5:00. My daughters party started at 4:30! The popcorn machine was dirty and broken. They also over charged me by $20. I tried calling the company to speak to the manager but I was told the manager wasn't there and they wouldn't call her at first! I had to argue and they finally said they left the manager a voicemail. I have not received a phone call back from anyone from Dino Bounce. I had a horrible experience with this company.
