Jen did my daughters wedding cake a couple weeks ago. Although the cake was delicious the appearance was embarassing. I can understand that she hit a bump on the way and it tilted but to not bring any form or repair kit is irresponsible and unprofessional. Parts of the cake decorations were even falling off the sides. There was a dowel rod sticking 6 inches out of the top of the cake, that was what was keeping the cake topper on, not frosting which is normally used as glue. So when the topper was taken off to cut there is a dowel rod sticking out the top. It was so tilted and unsightly that my husband actually rented a fake cake for pictures. I really wish she had just tried to make corrections,but she did not even try.

We just got a cake from Jenn and even though I only contacted her a week before the event she was able to pull together a great cake for our little ones birthday. Tons of Detail work. The best part was the taste of the cake!!! Fantastic Cake Lady!!!!

I take pride in my work, I never promise a slot without deposit and I did have to cancel the meeting due to a sick child, but sent her the design idea via email a week and half before the cake was to be made and never heard back until one day before the cake was to be picked up. I had already booked a cake three day before with a customer who did place a deposit. I tried to discuss it with the lady talk and if she had let me talk would have made the cake for her , but she hung up one me. I am sorry that her cake order was not placed but nothing was promised and she was told a deposit was need to book the cake. I love creating cakes for my customers and would never cancel two weeks before a event... Jenn

i emailed Jenn about a two tier music note cake for my 16th birthday. We discussed some ideas through email and two phone calls. After, we decided on meeting face to face to finalize her drawing. She would not except a depoit, telling to us that she had our names down and not to worry about the deposit at that time. Jenn canceled our meeting due to sick childreng. When I contact her a couple of days later, she told me that she had given our spot to someone else and could no longer do my cake due to the lack of a deposit. This was less than a week before my birthday.
