I was the pastry chef for a local resort for the last 16 years and have decided to open my own custom cake business. I also have a degree in pastry arts from Johnson and Wales University in Providence. Everything is made from scratch with attention to detail in mind. My prices are quite reasonable for the quality and experience I have. I am available for tastings an consultations where you can peruse my portfolio. I can also duplicate most pictures as well.

Erin made both the bride and the groom's cake for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. The price was more than reasonable. Both cakes were out of this world delicious. Her decorating skills were unbeliveable! The groom's cake was a UFC cage with hand made characters of the bride, groom and ref. Erin's attention to detail on this cake was awesome. It was absolutely perfect! The bride's cake was beautiful as well, and exactly what my daughter had asked for. We could not have been any more satisfied. I highly recommend Erin's cakes to anyone looking for a beautiful, delicious cake very reasonably priced.
