I needed a small 50th wedding anniversary cake for 11 people. The 2 layer 8" was perfect and beautiful. I chose mandarin orange with cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting. They used a metallic gold which was perfect for the occassion. Everyone thought it was lovely and tasted great. I will return and recommend others try this bakery.

Jula came highly recommended and by looking at her books and the wedding cakes assembled in her shop you would think that artistry is her forte. However, though the cakes are absolutely the best for taste Ace of Cakes she isn't. Giving her a picture of what you want doesn't necessarily guarantee that you will get what you've envisioned. Though her cakes are pretty giving her something that requires a great deal of skill decorating isn't recommended. We were not pleased with the decorating detail of the wedding cake and the grooms cake was not decorated as we had asked. Stay on top of your order here.

Jula has made 2 very different Children's Birthday Cakes for us now--The Cakes are excellent in taste & texture---The designs, enough to thrill all kids! Just perfect!

I loved the cake! It was exactly what I wanted! My husband and I just got married in Nov. and found out about this place by my aunt because she lives right behind here. Nt only was the cake delicious but the price no one can beat unless its free! Now afterthe wedding my whole family has been ordering cakes from jula for anniversaries and birthdays and she never lets us down!
