I have ordered several cakes from Sugar Showcase, they're staff is extremely helpful, nice, and willing to go the extra mile. They're cakes have always been delicious, moist, and theyre icing is wonderful. Everyone i know i suggest them as a bakery.

We were very excited to have sugar showcase make our cake. Our cake was beautiful just what we asked for. But when we served the cake it was dry and tasted very bad. No one would eat the cake and had no problem telling us how bad the cake was. WE paid over 100.00 dollars for the cake and felt that for that money the quality of the cake should have been better. We sent many emails to them telling them of our experince and was very respectful and tactful about it. We also had many guests and past users of this cake place that offered to write or call them to tell them how bad the cake was. We got no reply to the first 3 or 4 emails. Then finally we got a very rude, reply from them telling us that we were liers and that no one would complain they just don't do that. And that also there is noway that the cakes could taste bad. We were very suprised by their reply and lack of being professional and care for the customers. Instead we got why did it take us 3 days to contact them, even though it was over the weekend. And also we did we send emails and not call them. When we offered to have the guests call or write them, there was no response . Also the bride to be even e-mailed them 3 emails that were very nice but to say what the bridesmaid was telling them was true, and that she did not want a refund or a cake from them that it would be her name that we thought she would care about and what people would think. There was never any replies. Only that of ride comments and told we were liars, they also made sure to comment on misspelled words and made it very clear to us that if we told people about our experince with them that they would sue us. As she made us aware she is protected by law against any slander. Which there was no slander against her personally. The only slander and only person who made personal comments was them to us. We only commented on our cake and our experince and was very kind and respectful in that. I don't know if she is aware of the laws but we are aloud to share our experince and if we feel the cake was good and the treatment we received, that is what reviews are for and to share your opioion. ALtho they may feel it is hear say. 50 people do not lie and the email in their words that was rude and disrespectful and attacked us persoanlly is not hearsay. It is proof. I would not only not use them if you want a cake that your guests will enjoy. They are very beautiful cakes. But they have to be able to taste good as well. But most importantly they place no importance on their customers and treatment of them. If something goes wrong they will not fix it or refund or replace it. You will recieve a very offensive email or phone call from them telling you that you are wrong. As I am sure if they have control over what reviews are posted this review will never get posted. As that should be of concern. Asking to post reviews does not only include good ones but also bad ones. As of this review and my emails and contact with them have been completely respectful and only about our experince and the cake we have and will not make any personal attacks and only give truthful comments about their business and only comments that were made by them.
