I called this company emailed this company one reply back with pricing replied back to schedule appointment no reply called the number left multiple voicemails no call back. It has been 2weeks I also recall calling back in January for my son's Birthday no call back I don't know why I decided to give them a call again for a wedding. Very poor customer service due to not having none.

Vendor response: Esmeralda, I sincerely apologize we were not able to get a hold of each other. March was a very busy month for me with weddings. I really hope you dont give up on me. I would really like to help you. Please call me at 996-7125, and I would be more than happy to help. Once again, I sincerely apologize.
